IPL 2018 – FULL MATCH SCHEDULES

The most famous and high rates Twenty 20 League in the world, Indian Premier League (IPL) begins it’s eleventh season on April 7 at Wankhade Stadium in Mumbai. Indian Premier League successfully hosted for a decade and now entering into a second decade. With Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals returns after two years ban, the tournament already got so much of attention and fans are awaiting for an action to begin. We gives you a full schedule of IPL 2018 here.

Season 11 begins with an opening ceremony followed by the first match between the defending champions Mumbai Indians vs Chennai Super Kings. The first double-header takes place on the first Sunday of the season, April 8. Kings XI Punjab hosts Delhi Daredevils on their first match, later in the night, Eden Gardens, Kolkata hosts the match between Kolkata Knight Riders vs Royal Challengers Bangalore. Rajasthan Royals which making the return after two years, faces Sunrisers Hyderabad at Hyderabad on Monday, April 9.

All 8 teams will play 14 matches each (7 home matches and 7 away matches) in the round robin stage. The last match of round robin, Match 54 will be played at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai between Chennai Super Kings vs Kings XI Punjab on 20th May 2018.

The Play-off round begins on May 22 with Qualifier 1 between two teams which finishes at top of the table. The Eliminator will takes place between teams which finishes at no. 3 and 4 respectively in the points table on the following day May 23. The winner of that eliminator will advances to qualifier 2 and will face the loser of Qualifier 1. The losing team of that eliminator game will end their run there. The team which wins Qualifier 2 will meet the winner of Qualifier 1 in the Grand Final on Sunday, May 27. Wankhade Stadium in Mumbai will host the first qualifier and also the Final while the runner-up of last year Pune earned a rights of hosting both Eliminator and Qualifier 2 at Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Pune.
