The exciting T20 domestic tournament of South Africa, Ram Slam T20 Challenge nears the end as it host the Final match of the season in Centurion on Saturday. The defending champs Titans dominated the on-going season too and secured home-final while Dolphins qualified to final with another Durban washout in the semi-final against Cobras. Two favorites of the season Titans and Dolphins meets in this epic clash to decide the champions. The Final between Titans vs Dolphins scheduled to start at 6 PM Local | 9:30 PM IST on Saturday, 16th December 2017.

The champions of 2015 and 2016 seasons, Titans aim to win third title in a row when they faces Dolphins in Centurion on Saturday. Titans qualified for the semi-final by winning six matches in a row. In Semi-final, Titans brought back it top players and they secured a home-final for Titans. The squad is not yet announced for this huge final game. But, it seems Titans will go with an unchanged 14-man squad for this game. Henry Davids was dropped for the semi-final match against Warriors due to an injury just before the game. Heinrich Klaasen replaced Davids in the XI and he played decently well. So, if Davids is not available once again then Klaasen will continue in the XI. Quinton de Kock’s awful season continued when he dismissed for just 1 run on Wednesday night. The star proteas wicket keeper will keep the place in the XI and no surprises if he find the form in right moment. Aiden Markram opened the innings other night and he smashed third half-century of this T20 season. He remained unbeaten for 56 off 38 balls with 5 fours and 3 huge sixes. Markram had a good day with a ball too when he picked 1 for 30 in 4 overs. He is one of the key player in top order and deserves place in your fantasy teams.

Mr. 360 AB de Villiers was back after rested for last few group matches and he back with scintillating 54 not out off 36 balls. Two fours and 4 sixes were smashed by him in that knock. Undoubtedly, ABD is the must pick player for this game. The in-form Farhaan Behardien played a huge part in Titans success this year. He didn’t get an opportunity to bat in the last game but he could play an amazing innings on Saturday night. He has a total of 230 runs in 6 innings this season and notably he remained not out in five of them. Captain Albie Morkel did not bowl his full quota in recent matches. He used to bowl only one or two overs in last few games. But he takes wickets in those short spells and we all know what he capable of once he comes to bat. So, still he is the key player and may play match winning role in this big game. All-rounder Chris Morris was an impressive with a ball where he picked 1 for 18 in 3 overs. He is one of the most valuable player in Titans squad and will play good role again on Saturday.

Malusi Siboto was very expensive in his one over spell, he conceded 21 runs in it. But the regular member of the team will get another chance in this game. Junior Dala was very impressive with the spell of 2/18 in 3.1 overs. He has claimed 6 wickets in last three matches for Titans and all those were two wickets each. It was a good come back for Lungi Ngidi after rested for few matches. Ngidi picked 1 for 16 in two overs. He is expected to bowl the full quota of four overs and possibly he will take 2 or more wickets. The best pick of the bowler was Tabraiz Shamsi two days ago. The left-arm spinner has picked four for 32 in four overs and he will play similar role once again in this game. Morne Morkel and Shaun von Berg were benched last game and they are expected to warm the bench once again.

The Durban-based franchise turned out as the most luckiest team in this year Ram Slam competition. They have won 3 out of five of their completed matches in group stage. Rest other five matches were washed out and gifted them a total of 10 points. The luck of Dolphins continued when their semi-final clash against Cape Cobras had been abandoned once again. Khaya Zondo led-side has a biggest threat to overcome on Saturday. The champions of 2013/14 season will eye for the title after three seasons. The in-form veteran Morne van Wyk is expected to continue his good work in the final too. He has to face the strong bowling attack of Titans, once he plays his natural game then you will earn lot more fantasy points from him. Sarel Erwee was rested for the last group stage game on last Sunday. He scored a well made century in Dolphins season opener, but since then he has scored only single digit scores in other four innings. Dolphins need him in the XI to score high total against Titans. If he is not in, Prenelan Subrayen will continue in the XI.

Vaughn van Jaarsveld may move back to no. 3 in the order. He has a huge responsibility and he is expected to deliver on Saturday. The wicket keeper Dane Vilas in very good form at the moment and no wonder if he go for half-century or more with a monstrous strike-rate in Centurion. Captain Khaya Zondo is the key player in Dolphins middle-order. He has one of the most valuable player in the team and we can expect some good show from him. Big all-rounder Robbie Frylinck has a very important role to play in this game. If he clicks with both bat and bowl then he will take Dolphins home safely. He should be in all fantasy teams. All-rounder Sibonelo Makhanya has already played two crucial knocks in middle-order this season. He may play a similar role in this final as well.

The Proteas bowling all-rounder Andile Phehlukwayo did not offer much with the bat in recent times but he does a good job with a ball. He picked 5 wickets in 6 innings this year and possibly will increase his wicket tally with two or more wickets on Saturday. The left-arm spinner Keshav Maharaj had an impressive season with the ball. He picked 6 wickets only in 6 matches but he bowled at very good economy rate in almost every match. The star proteas leg-spinner Imran Tahir found his back finally and bowled so well in last two innings. He picked a tally of 6 wickets in 5 innings and his recent form gives a hope of good ahead of final. He is the trump card of Dolphins against the batting heavy Titans. Mthokozisi Shezi found a way to bowl well in recent matches and that helped him to pick 5 wickets in last 4 innings. He will continue to bowl impressively in this final game.
