Ram Slam T20 Challenge tournament set to host two matches on Super Sunday. Both matches are schedule to start at the same time. In one of that game, Bizhub Highveld Lions faces Hollywood Bets Dolphins at Senwes Park in Potchefstroom. Dolphins has 6 points in 2 matches while Lions has 4 points with 1 win and 1 loss. Match 8 between Lions vs Dolphins is schedule to start at 2:30 PM Local | 6 PM IST on Sunday, 19th November 2017.

Aaron Phangiso led-side started the season with a loss against Titans in the Jukskei derby. But their impressive performances last night brought a first win for the team. Bowling performances of Kagiso Rabada and fine knocks from batsmen Mangaliso Mosehle and Reeza Hendricks helped the Lions to seal 7 wickets victory over Cape Cobras in Johannesburg on Friday night. Captain Aaron Phangiso and Willem Mulder supported Rabada well with decent spells. Beuran Hendricks conceded 34 runs in his 3 overs spell while Dwaine Pretorius was the other bowler who bowled at 12 runs per over. Both Hendricks and Pretorius bowled expensive spells in both matches. But as Pretorius known as match-winning all-rounder his place is safe in the XI. Beuran Hendricks may lose his place for this Sunday fixture. The hard-hitting opening batsman Rassie van der Dussen yet to fire-up in the tournament. He scored 0 and 12 runs respectively in the first two matches. But expects some good batting from him in this game. His opening partner Reeza Hendricks is in fine form and came with two impressive knocks in a row. After scored 67 off 42 against Titans, he scored another 42 off 32 last night. Wicket-keeper batsman Mangaliso Mosehle was unlucky when he dismissed for duck against Titans last week but he came back strong and scored match-winning 55 off 36 balls against Cape Cobras. He would be a better wicket-keeper pick for Sunday game. Marques Ackermann made a way for the experienced Omphile Ramela in the last game and Ramela justified his selection with an unbeaten 30 off 25 balls.

South Africa’s limited overs all-rounder Dwaine Pretorius went expensive with a ball but he contributed somehow better with a bat. He is the quality all-rounder hopefully, will come with an aggressive all-round performances against Dolphins on Sunday. The 19-years old all-rounder Willem Mulder bowled well in both matches and claimed a tally of 3 wickets. He should bowl much better against the team which has plenty of big-hitters in it on Sunday. Nicky van den Bergh used to bat at no.7 against Titans and he did not get an opportunity to bat in the last game. Some sort of chances for him to come up in the order and once he get enough balls to play, we can expects lot of points from him. The bowling sensation of South Africa, Kagiso Rabada bowled so well in the game against Cobras last night. He corrected all errors which he made against Titans and picked 2 for 19 in his 4 overs. Those efforts made him as Player of the Match last night. Keep him in your teams for this game, he may bring another good performances. Skipper Phangiso did a decent job with 2 for 25 in 3 overs spell. He led the team well in the last game, hopes for some impressive wicket taking spell from this left-arm spinner. Hardus Viljoen is one of the regular bowler of Lions and he bowled a good spell at 7.25 runs per over. There could be no surprise if he takes 2 or more wickets in this game.

Dolphins started the season with their record-setting total of 231 for 2 in 20 overs. Then the bowlers done their job and presented a victory to Dolphins. In their first home game Dolphins hosted Knights but unfortunately that match was abandoned without a bowl being bowled due to rain. As that last night game was washed out, we hope that Dolphins will face Lions with the same 13-man squad on Sunday. Sarel Erwee smashed an unbeaten hundred with 10 fours and 5 sixes in the first game. His century against Cobras makes him as a notable player and no wonder if he play one more scintillating innings in this game. The veteran player Morne van Wyk is the other valuable opener in Dolphins side. He has scored 3386 runs at strike-rate 124 in 125 T20 innings and he has 22 half-century and a century to his credits. Those numbers proves how dangerous he is in the format hopes for a run fest from him on Sunday. Morne van Wyk is free from keeping wickets and Dane Vilas is the man who takes care of gloves work. Vilas is known for scoring runs quickly and he did the same in the first game. He was promoted to no. 3 in that game, guess that will continue in this game too.

Skipper Zondo played an amazing knock of 67 off 34 balls against Cobras. He is the pillar of Dolphins middle-order, keeps him in your teams and he never disappoints you. Big power-hitting all rounder Robbie Frylinck is the strong link of the team. He always make a mark with either bat or bowl. Sometimes he does so well in both departments. He is the must pick category player from Dolphins side. The regular member of South Africa limited overs side Andile Phehlukwayo strengthen Dolphins squad with his all-round skills. He went expensive in his 2 overs spell against Cobras but he could come with straight opposite performance on Sunday. Keshav Maharaj is the other national contracted player in Dolphins house. Maharaj is the quality player who can bowls wicket-taking spells along with useful contributions with a bat in lower-order. Prenelan Subrayen, Smangaliso Nhlebela and Eathan Bosch were other bowlers who played the first game for Dolphins. Among three of them Subrayen will get a game based on the experiences but either Nhlebela or Bosch will make a way for Mthokozisi Shezi on Sunday. Shezi has more experiences than those two and he would be the first preference for this game. Meanwhile the no. 1 leg-spinner in the world Imran Tahir joined the squad of Dolphins. He was named in the XI against Knights before the game was abandoned.
