PAKISTAN :

Pakistan Cricket Fans are in happy mode as the Cricket is back in the country. Sarfraz Ahmed led Pakistan did not disappointed Lahore crowd as they won the first game by 20 runs. Now their goal is to win the second game and secure three match series 2-0. After that good performances last night, there is no reason to change the winning combination, which means Pakistan is expected to play with an unchanged XI on Wednesday. Fakhar Zaman opened the innings with Ahmed Shehzad in that first game. Zaman dismissed for 8 runs after smashed first two balls of the innings to the boundary line. He is one of the key and dangerous player for Pakistan at top of the order. Ahmed Shehzad played a good supporting role and managed to score 39 runs off 34 balls. The stylish batsman could possibly come with much better innings in this game. The batting sensation of Pakistan, Babar Azam has played a match winning knock and adjusted as player of the match. He scored stunning 86 off 52 balls with 10 fours and 2 sixes. He is a match winner and expecting another big innings from him. The most experienced batsman in the team, Shoaib Malik scored runs at the strike rate of 190 on Tuesday night. He scored 38 runs off just 20 balls and his hard-hitting helped the side to post 197 in 20 overs.

Unfortunately, the captain Sarfraz dismissed for just 4 runs last night, but all rounder Imad Wasim finished Pakistan innings with 2 big sixes. He scored 15 runs in 4 balls. Imad Wasim also shined with the new ball, where he bowled controlled spell of 0/22 in his 4 overs. He is a key bowler of Pakistan, especially in the power-play overs. As an all rounder he deserves a place in your teams. The recent bowling sensation of the team, spinner Shadab Khan continued his good show. He claimed two important wickets in his 4 overs spell. He could come with much better spell and more wickets in this game. On the absence of speedster Mohammad Amir who is in London for the birth of his first child, Sohail Khan and Hasan Ali took the responsibilities of pace attack. Rumman Raees got the place of 3rd paceman. Hasan Ali had a poor outing last night, where he conceded 44 runs in 4 overs. But, as we witnessed in many occasions, he could be back with wickets and an economical spell in this game. Sohail Khan claimed 2 for 28 in his 4 overs and that convince us to take him in Fantasy teams. Rumman Raees was bit expensive, but he picked first two crucial wickets at crucial time. Pakistan needs to win tonight game to seal the series before the last and 3rd T20I on Friday.

WORLD XI :

Faf du Plessis led-side World XI has played with only 2 specialist bowlers, Imran Tahir and Morne Morkel. After that loss in the first game, World XI might do some changes in their playing XI. Australian batsman George Bailey and Windies bowler Samuel Badree has chances to be in the XI tonight. Bangladesh’s experienced player Tamim Iqbal opened the innings with one of the best opener in the world Hashim Amla. The openers added 43 runs for the first wicket partnership when chasing the big target of 198 runs. Tamim Iqbal managed to score run-a-ball 18 runs, as an opener and based on his experience, Tamim will keep his place in the XI. Hashim Amla provided good start for World XI, but he dismissed for 26 off 17 balls. Remember his two centuries in IPL earlier this year, that proves what he capable off in this T20 format and we expects big innings from Amla on Wednesday night. Wicket keeper Tim Paine batted at no. 3 and managed to score 25 runs off 25 balls. He has chances to make a way for his countryman George Bailey in this match.

South African duo Faf du Plessis and David Miller batted at no. 4 and 5 respectively. du Plessis played some handy innings off 29 runs off 18 balls, but Miller dismissed for just 9 runs. Miller has plenty of experiences in the format and expect good come back from him on Wednesday. The all rounders Grant Elliott, Thisara Perera and Darren Sammy fulfilled the middle-order and lower middle-order of World XI. Among them, Thisara Perera claimed 2 wickets, but he conceded mammoth 51 runs in his 4 overs spell. That expensive spell might make him sit for this game and give a chance to leg-spinner Samuel Badree. Grant Elliott and Darren Sammy bowled 2 overs each and both of them were bit expensive. With the bat, Sammy played a good innings in end overs and scored 29 runs off 16 balls. Imran Tahir was bit expensive in that high scoring game and picked 1 for 34 in 4 overs. He is much capable of better performances and expects that on tonight. Tahir will be the match turner for World XI and deserves a place in fantasy teams.
