Trinbago Knight Riders has played 4 matches already in the competition and leads the chart with 3 wins. Captain Dwayne Bravo and Co., provided clinical performances every time except the game against Tallawahs few days ago. Back-to-back wins against St. Lucia Stars and the victory against Guyana Amazon Warriors on Friday pushed Knight Riders to top of the table. Bowlers does a good job for the team, especially the young spinner Shadab Khan plays a major role in almost every match. Colin Munro’s brilliant batting form helps the side to score match winning totals on the board. As Knight Riders faces the strong Tridents in this game, both batters and bowlers are expected to offer their best efforts. After kick started the season with brilliant 58 runs off 27 balls, Brendon McCullum managed to score only 35 runs in last 3 innings. In the last game, he dismissed for golden duck. McCullum had come back with stunning performances when ever he down with poor form in the past. Expecting the same from this hard-hitter in this game as well.

Sunil Narine is the other opener for Knight Riders, he used to give some decent start by scoring some quick runs. The magical off-spinner also shines with the bowl. He bowled well economical spells in all 4 matches and claimed 5 wickets. He is one of the match winner in Knight Riders squad and deserves place in all fantasy teams. Colin Munro bats at no. 3 for Knight Riders and he is the consistent batsman at the moment. He smashed 178 runs in 4 innings which includes two big half-centuries. He is must pick player for every fantasy teams based on his current form. South Africa’s Rob Frylinck played last two matches for Knight Riders. He generally used to play well with both bat and bowl, but he failed in both attempts in CPL. He might make a way for Hashim Amla who concluded national duties in England earlier this week. If Amla is available for this game, Knight Riders batting will look more strong. Darren Bravo plays supporting role in the middle order for Knight Riders. He is always a key player when plays at Port of Spain. Dinesh Ramdin played a good nick on Friday, when he smashed 42 off 23 balls.

All Rounders Dwayne Bravo, Kevon Cooper and Shadab Khan are offering good performances in the season. Dwayne Bravo, the captain of the team struggled a bit with bowl in last 2 matches. But as we all know he is the specialist in this format and could offer match winning performances at any time. Shadab Khan is the real match winner of Knight Riders at the moment. The teenager already won two player of the match awards in the season. He picked 8 wickets in 4 matches and also bowled well controlled four overs spells every time. Kevon Cooper, the bowling all rounder also performs so well with a bowl. He claimed 7 wickets in 4 matches and also bowled well economical spells. Searles and Pierre are the other bowlers in the XI. Chances are high for Searles to make a way for either Beaton or Nikita Miller in this clash.

Kieron Pollard led-side, Barbados Tridents earned two victories in 3 matches till now. Pollard played a major role in Tridents success in the last game. The strong batting unit is the strength of Tridents, but none of them shown major impact except the captain Kieron Pollard. The power-hitter smashed back-to-back half-centuries in last 2 matches with monstrous strike rate. Among the bowlers the left-arm duo Wayne Parnell and Wahab Riaz are doing an wonderful job for the team. Ravi Rampaul also uses his experiences to help the team. The power hitting Dwayne Smith and one of the best batsman in this generation Kane Williamson opens the batting for Tridents. After two consecutive failures, both the openers scored some runs in the last game. It was good sign for Kane Williamson who scored 46 in the last game after struggled in first two matches. He is a match winner and expects much more brief knock from him against Knight Riders.

Dwayne Smith scored 28 and 20 runs in first two matches, but his strike rate proved his nervousness. He came back somehow well and scored 36 off 27 balls in the last game. He could play much better innings than that, so expecting good show from him on Saturday night. The regular member of Tridents, Shoaib Malik also struggles to score runs at this point. He managed to score only 41 runs in 3 innings which includes his golden duck in the last game. Malik is one of the well experienced player and he done a job for Tridents in so many occasions over the years. So, he could come with game changing performances at any time. Captain Kieron Pollard yet to bowl in the season. But his batting form takes the team home. He smashed 66 off 33 against Tallawahs and then struck 83 off 35 with 5 fours and 6 sixes against Stars on Thursday. He deserves a place in each fantasy teams. Wicket keeper Nicholas Pooran who was the surprise element of last season, struggles a bit this time. He is a perfect hitter in the middle and end overs, guess some big innings are one the way from his bat.

Christopher Barnwell wasted all 3 chances which he got in those games. Now it may be a time for him to make a way for young all rounder Shamar Springer. Bowling all rounder Wayne Parnell is one of the main wicket taking bowler of Tridents. He bowled really well in last 2 matches and picked 4 wickets. He is also capable of scoring quick runs in the end overs. Akeal Hosein, the left-arm spinner bowled wicket-less spells in last 2 matches. Very slight chances for leg-spinner Damion Jacobs to replaces Akeal in the XI. Imran Khan bowls good spells in the middle overs at the moment. He has to pick more wickets to his name. Ravi Rampaul, the most experienced bowler of Tridents leaked runs in last 2 innings. He won many matches for Tridents and hopefully find his rhythm back in this game. Wahab Riaz picks wickets in each matches which is good sign for him and also for the team. He deserves his place in the XI and also in Fantasy teams.
